William Bramwell Mcabee, Jr.

William Bramwell “Bill” McAbee, Jr. 66, a resident of 655 Bill Lohr Road, died Wednesday January 31, 2007, at his residence. Graveside Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday, February 4, 2007 in Forest Hill Memorial Park, with the Rev. Gary Foster officiating. Mr. McAbee was born June 26, 1940 in Davidson County to the late William McAbee and Louise Hartley McAbee Nayle. He served in Korea with the U. S. Army, and had retired from Winn Dixie as Produce Manager after 40 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 43 years: Sok Hui McAbee of the home a son, Aaron McAbee and wife Karen of Lexington, a daughter, Kimberly Walton and husband Harlan of Gold Hill, a sister, Carol Martin of Lexington, a brother, Mark Nayle and wife Sherry of Lexington, 4 grandchildren, Harlan Walton, Jr. Stephanie Walton, Ryan Walton, and Tinley McAbee The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 until 8 P.M at Piedmont Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
