William Talmadge Laws

William Talmadge Laws, 94 , of Horseshoe Neck Road, died Sunday May 6, 2018 at Hinkle Hospice House.   Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday May 9, 2018 at Madison Heights Freewill Baptist Church, where he was a member, with the Rev. David Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.   Mr. Laws was born in Ettowah, TN. on November 20, 1923 to the late Clinton Laws Sr. and Amanda Dehart Laws. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Roberts Laws, sons, Earl Laws and Charles Laws, brothers, Clinton Jr., Paul, Ray, Ralph,  Rufis  and Wendell,  sisters, Ida, Edna, Essie, Jo and Francis.   Surviving are son, Willard Laws (Louella) of Cosby, TN., daughter Lydia Glover (Larry) of Lexington, grandchildren, Becky Laws, Elisha Laws and Leanna Costner, great- grandchildren, Dustin, Allen, Blakelee, Braden, Cayden, special great-grandchildren, Gabe, Damien and Lee.
