Willa "Tincy" Bailey

Willa “Tincy” Watkins Bailey, 83, of Arvil Hunt Road, died Sunday December 24, 2017 at her home.   Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday December 28, 2017 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Johnny Henderson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to the service at the Funeral Home.   Mrs. Bailey  was born on July 29, 1934 to the late Rev. William Charlie Watkins and Hattie Caroline Stanford Watkins. She loved her grandchildren and great- grandchildren and looked forward to going to James Auction Sales on the weekened. She was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Alvin Bailey, granddaughter, Tina Misenhiemer, sisters, Maggie Gragg, Arizona Sherrill, Bobbie Gunter, Bert Davis and brother, Dillard Watkins.   Surviving are son, Randall Bailey (Chip) of Lexington, daughters, Dennise Henderson (Johnny) and LaDonna Tuttle of Lexington, Debbie Leonard of Welcome, sisters, Gracie Hill and Tootsie King of Lexington, grandchildren, Jason Leonard, Sharrell Leonard, Catherine Leonard, Amber Snider and Morgan Warrington and 8 great grandchildren.   Memorials may be made to, Hospice of Davidson County, 202 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
