Vay Phan, 58, of Texas Drive, died Sunday February 18, 2018 at his home. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday February 25, 2018 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel. Vay was born in Cambodia on January 7, 1960. Surviving are his wife, Melanie Khan, son, Robbie Phan, daughters, Tracy Phan, Stephanie Phan and Serena Phan.
