Tommy Tyler Tilley

Tommy Tyler Tilley,70, of College Park Road died Sunday, June 9, 2013 at his home. A funeral service will held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Joseph Solomon. Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Tilley was born in Montgomery County on July 6, 1942 to Tyler Madison and Margie Taylor Tilley. He was formerly employed with Dixie Furniture Company. He was predeceased by his parents and a son, Jeffrey Jones Tilley. Surviving are his wife, Brenda Michael Tilley of the home; daughter, Cindy Everhart of Lexington;son,Eddie Tester; sisters, Thelma Everhart of Concord and Barbara Sasada of Walnut Cove; brothers, Paul and Jimmy Tilley of Lexington, and Charlie Tilley of Thomasville; and eight grandchildren, a special granddaughter Amber Brewer, Peyton Everhart, Glenn Everhart, Matthew Everhart, and Sarah, Savanna, Nathaniel, and Evan Tester.
