Timothy Seymour Rutherford, age 41, of Lexington, died Wednesday morning at his residence. There will not be any public services at this time. Timothy was born in Vineland, New Jersey on March 22, 1973 to George Rutherford Sr. and Margaret Louise Rutherford. He was a welder in the construction industry. Surviving are: His wife, Renee Rutherford of the home; Sons, Timothy Seymour Rutherford Jr. and Anthony Fredrick both of Lexington; Daughters, Kiristi Amber Rutherford of Denver, N.C. , Meghan-Lynn Renee Rutherford of Waynesville, N.C.; Stepdaughters, Christine Parnell, Ashley Parnell, and Nicole Cushner all of Millville, N.J.; Brothers, Wayne Rutherford (Adrienn) of Linwood, George Rutherford Jr., Carlton Camp, Steven Camp, Doug Camp(Selena), Edwin Camp, Michael Ditto all of Lexington; Jason Camp of South Carolina, Robert Camp of Toms River N.J. and Derrick Camp (Jennifer) of Salisbury, N.C.; and 3 grandchildren.
