Thomas Virtie Kirkman, III, died Wednesday August 16, 2017 at Hinkle Hospice House. No public services will be held. Mr. Kirkman was born in Davidson County on April 29, 1952 to the late Thomas Virtie Kirkman, Jr. and Virginia Dare Southerland Kirkman. He retired as water plant operator with the city of Lexington. There are no immediate surviors.
