Terry Lee Haithcox, Jr., 32, of Lexington died Saturday, May 14, 2011 at his home. Funeral Services will be held at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Burial will follow at Near Calvary Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery of Lexington. Terry was born March 9, 1979 in Davidson County to Terry Lee Haithcox, Sr., and Linda Mullis Haithcox. He was employed as a carpenter, building log homes. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Doris Burleyson, of Lexington; Hubert Haithcox and Barbara Haithcox of Sophia. He is survived by his father, Terry Lee Haithcox, Sr., of Asheboro and his mother Linda Haithcox of Lexington; his grandfathers, Junior Burleyson of Lexington, and James Mullis of Mount Pleasant, NC; his fiancee, Donnell Lackey of Lexington; one brother, Jason A. Haithcox and fiancee Amanda Long, of Lexington; one nephew, Isaiah Long of Lexington; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be from 12 to 2:00 P.M. Thursday, prior to the service at Piedmont Funeral Home.
