Sonja Faye Koonts

Sonja Faye Koonts, 74, of Cotton Grove Road, died Tuesday at Wake Forest Baptist Health Lexington Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Koonts was born in Guilford County on October 16, 1938. She was a retired employee of Dixie Furniture. Surviving are her husband, Benny Gray Koonts of the home; son, Kenny Koonts of Myrtle Beach, S.C.: daughter, Tammy Jo Koonts of Thomasville; and two grandsons.
