Ruth Waters Deal

Ruth Waters Deal, 91 of New Bowers Road, died Friday at Abbotts Creek Care and Rehab Center. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday November 22, 2015 at Memorial United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Jim Staunton officiating. Burial will be held Tuesday November 24, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Mount Lawn Memorial Park in North Wilkesboro. Mrs. Deal was born in Wilkes County on August 30, 1924 to the late Jacob Coy Waters and Emma Mae Watson Waters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe O. Deal. Surviving are her son, Jimmy Deal and wife Tanya of Lexington; two grandchildren, Jamie Deal and Jeremy Deal, great grandchildren, Gabrial, Eden and Cooper.
