HEADING: Russell Martin Russell Denver Martin, 72 of E.L. Myers Road, Lexington, died March 30, 2011, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem NC. Mr. Martin was born November 27, 1938, in Fair Bluff, NC to Coy Martin and Katherine Williamson Martin. He was a retired machinist from B&E Aerospace Inc. Surviving are wife, Carol Frances Martin of the home, son Russell Neil Martin and his wife Eileen of Mocksville, N.C.; daughter Angela Travis and her husband Frank of Lexington; 3 brothers Coy Martin of Raleigh, Billy Martin and Doug Martin both of Lexington, N.C; two grandchildren, Marcia Chafin and her husband Donald of Lexington, Jarret Hughes of Lexington; 2 step grandchildren, Matthew Rosencrance of Korea, and Angela Soothill and her husband Chris of Rural Hall, NC; one great-grandchild and two step great- grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Piedmont Funeral Home is serving the family.
