Ruby Hill Foster

Ruby Coleen Hill Foster, 83, of Lexington went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Atrium Health in Charlotte.

A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Forest Hill Memorial Park with the Rev. Lomax Skinner officiating. There will be no formal visitation.

Mrs. Foster was born in Davidson County on November 17, 1937, to Albert Irvin Hill and Ruby Riblin Hill. She was retired from National Wholesale and was a member of Second United Church of Christ. Mrs. Foster was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy David Foster, Sr.; and three sisters, Betty Lou Parrish, Barbara Jean Hanes, and Brenda Alberta Coppley.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Jimmy “David” Foster, Jr. (Julie) of Cayce, SC, Albert Stephen Foster, and Sally Foster Sides both of Lexington; a sister, Peggy Allen of Lexington; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and twin great-grandchildren on the way.
