Roger Steven Moser,72, of Tom Wood Road, passed away Saturday at Hinkle Hospice House. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Ray Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Roger was born in Davidson County on September 12, 1951 to the late John Troy and Lucille Freeman Moser. Roger was a former employee of Dacotah Cotton Mills, Fab Masters and most recent Hill’s Spinning. Rogers biggest tributes to life Was his generosity to his family. He was always ready to help in any way he could. He spent his later years living with his brother who provided him with care and support for most of his needs. After declining health for years, Roger is in the hands of our Lord and Savior He was preceded in death by his sister, Rhonda Moser and brother, David Moser. Surviving to remember his life are brothers, Michael Moser and wife Margaret, Dennis Moser and wife Saba, sister, Marilyn Moser Cowan and husband Greg and several nieces and nephews. Also his faithful companion Chico who was always by his side.
