Robin Fones Tahirkheli

Robin Leigh Fones Tahirkheli, 54, of Lexington died Tuesday, January 20, 2015. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Lexington City Cemetery with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Family will receive friends from 1-2 PM prior to the service at Piedmont Funeral Home. Robin was born in Forsyth County on June 14, 1960 to the late Willis Lewis Fones and Mary Judith Shoaf Fones. She worked with the Davidson County Social Services for three years and was employed with High Point Regional Hospital for four years. Surviving are her son, Jonathan Lozier of Lexington; daughter, Brandi Lozier Cervantes (Lupe) of Wallburg; her fiancé, Carl McDowell of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Najawa, Lupe “Ibbis”, Maria and Matthew “Wuz”.
