Robert Lindsay Fine

Robert Lindsay Fine, resident of Hill Everhart Road, Lexington, died Tuesday at Forsyth Medical Center. He was 71. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, September 19, 2008 from the Pilgrim Reformed Church with the Rev. Jeremy Simpson officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. Mr. Fine was born in Davidson County on April 8, 1937 to the late Adam Clark Fine and Helen Miller Fine. Before retirement he designed furniture and was a member of Pilgrim Reformed Church. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Freeman Fine of the home, sons Dennis Fine and Jimmy Fine all of Lexington, step-daughter Amanda Jowers of Lexington, step-son Jeremy Jowers of Waxhaw, sister Jennie Shelton and husband Dean of Lexington, 3 grandchildren, Holly, Courtney, and Lauren Fine 2 great grandchildren, Damian Ziglar, and Autumn Kivit and 1 step-granddaughter, Hayley Jowers. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Piedmont Funeral Home and other times at the home on Hill Everhart Rd.
