Rev. Shirley Diane Lang

  Rev. Shirley Diane Coleman Lang, 63, of Stratford Road died Friday, December 7, 2018 at UNC Hospitals-Chapel Hill.  A funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Lexington Pentecostal Church of the Living God, where she was a member, conducted by the Revs. Andrew Draughn and Wiley Jones. Interment will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30-2:00 PM before the service.  Shirley was born in Horry County, SC on November 7, 1955 to the late Glimpsy McQueen and Bertha Wilson Coleman. A homemaker, she was preceded in death by daughter Alicia Lang Chapman; brother Earl Coleman; and sister Flora Boan.   Surviving are her husband Rev. Wayne Lang of the home; son Johnny Lang (Jewel) of Thomasville; brother Billy Coleman (Beverly) of Thomasville; and sisters Bonnie Morris (Clark) of Lexington, and Pearl Inker (Palmer) of Linwood. Also surviving are grandchildren McKinnlee Lang and Amelia Lang.  Memorials may be made to Lexington Pentecostal Church of the Living God, 7023 Courtland Drive, Thomasville, NC  27360.
