Orlando Rodriguez

Orlando Rodriguez ,52, of Smith Ave., died Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Forsyth Medical Center.  A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 21, 2018, at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 1-2  PM prior to the service at the Funeral Home.  Orlando was born in Puerto-Rico on July 16, 1965, to Juan Ivan Rodriguez and Carmen Rodriguez. He was an independent  truck driver and was the  pastor at Church of Brothers United in Christ Inc. in Thomasville. ( Hermanos Unidos en Cristo Inc.). He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Ivan Rodriguez.  Surviving are his wife, Elisa Rodriguez of the home, son, Efren Yeniel Sierra of the home, daughter, Orlise Marie Rodriguez of the home, mother, Carmen Rodriguez and husband Vicente Fonseca of Puerto-Rico, brothers, Juan Ivan Rodriguez of Lexington, and Hector Rodriguez of Puerto-Rico, sister, Judith Rodriguez of Thomasville.
