Ollie Lee Owens

Mrs. Ollie Lee Kinney Owens, 83, of Wafford Circle died Monday, April 6, 2020 at Hinkle Hospice House. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Owens was born in Davidson County October 4, 1936 to the late Eddie Collis Kinney and Gladys Fannie Leonard. She was a self-employed cosmetologist having formerly operated the Ole Beauty Shop, and was a member of Cotton Grove United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband Jerry Brice Owens and also predeceased by brother Bill Kinney, and sisters Geraldine Streetman, and Joy Beasley. Surviving are her husband Edward Fine of the home; sons Rodney Bryce Owens (Jeroldine) of Lexington, and Timothy Scott Owens (Stephanie) of Southmont; daughter Terry Lee Owens of Southmont; step-daughter Tammy Moretz (Freddie) of Southmont; sister Betty Jean Nixon; brother-in-law Frank Beasley; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and four step-great-granchildren.
