O Chanyay, 79, of Northside Dr. died Saturday July 30, 2016 at his home. Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday August 6, 2016 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 12:30 until 2:00 P.M. prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Mr. Chanyay was born in Cambodia on May 18, 1937. Surviving are his wife, Sveng Chanyay of the home; sons, Dom Chanyay and Bounlay Chanyay of Lexington; daughters, Savang Neang of Lexington and Chantha Chanyay of Winston Salem; five grandchildren.
