Mike Edward Phillips, 69, of Lexington passed away Thursday August 20th at Alderwood-Hinkle Hospice House.
A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date at Forest Hill Memorial Park, with Rev. officiating.
Mike was born in Davidson county on June 23, 1958 to the late Manie Edward Phillips and Emma Katherine Crotts Phillips. He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Beane.
Mike is survived by his sisters and brother, Joyce Mahala of Lexington, Brenda Loggins of Thomasville, Emme barnhart of Lexington and Clyde Crotts of Lexington.
