Melvin Murphy,85, of Fowler Ave., died Sunday at Hinkle Hospice House.Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Lexington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
