Mary Elizabeth Stoker, 92, of Gray Road, died August 3, 2011 at Mt. Vista Health Care in Denton. Funeral Services will be Monday, August 8, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at First Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Wayne Knight officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Stoker was born August 8, 1918 in Davidson County to the late Minnie Esther Bell and Walter McClaren Cooper. Also preceding her in death were her husband, James Stoker; daughter, Janice Yvonne Davis; brother, Paul Cooper and sister Minnie Everhart. Mrs. Stoker was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Mike Stoker and wife Tonya of Lexington; 5 Grandchildren, Regina Campbell, Reggie Davis, Jonathan Davis, Derek Stoker and Brittany Stoker Bartlett. Seven great grandchildren. The family will see friends Sunday from 6 to 8 P.M. at Piedmont Funeral Home and other times at the home of her son Mike on Gray Road, Lexington.
