Mary Cross Isaacs

Mary Camille Cross Isaacs, age 68, a resident of Abbid Street, Lexington, died Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born March 26, 1944 in Davidson County, NC to the late Arnold Leonard Cross and Wilma Basinger Cross. Also preceding her in death were, her husband Roy Isaacs who died June 16, 2010 and brother Wayne Cross. She was a retired Sales Clerk, and a member of Cotton Grove Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday May 12, 2012 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ed Armfield officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. There will be no public visitation held. Survivors include one son: Michael Roy Isaacs and his wife Jenni of Lexington; two daughters, Angela Hunter and her husband Lee, Kristie Adkins and her husband Jeff all of Lexington. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Philip Calloway and his wife Jessica, Seth Hunter, Isaiah Hunter, Jacob Isaacs, Noah Isaacs, Jeffery Adkins and Jason Adkins; two great-grandchildren, Zoe Calloway and Tyler Calloway; one brother Bill Cross and his wife Louise of Lexington; two sisters, Alice Muchler, of Winston-Salem and Sarah Willenborg of the residence.
