Marty Curry

Marty Franklin Curry,56, of Lexington died August 31, 2021 unexpectedly at his home. He was born November 5, 1964 in Lexington to Tex Franklin Curry and Geraldene Hilton Curry. He was a 1983 graduate of West Davidson High School and was employed with Lexington Home Brands Import Plant. He is survived by his parents Jerry Marvin and Geraldene Leonard of Tyro; son Troy Curry of Walkertown; daughter Tara Correia (Greg) of Midway; 5 grandchildren Oakley Waisner, Brook, Logan, Zane and Rave Correia; brother Mitchell Leonard and fiance’ LeAnna Teeter of Salisbury; nephews Mason Leonard, J.T. Teeter, and niece Morgan Leonard. The immediate family will have a private family service, and then a memorial service for family and friends at Piedmont Funeral Home Saturday Sept. 4, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Donations to help with funeral expenses can be sent to the family.
