Marie Cecelia Tremblay Link , 79 of Fairview Dr. died Friday September 17, 2010 at Hinkle Hospice House. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday September 19,2010 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michelle Foster officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home and after the service at the Link home. Mrs. Link was born in St. Urbain, Quebec, Canada to the late Arthur and Marie Ouellet Tremblay. She was a corporal in the Royal Canadian Air Force. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. Surviving are Sons: Gary Charles Link and wife Lisa of Roanake,Va.; Ricky Edward Link and wife Doris of Thomasville; Michael Andrew Link and wife Tonya of Lexington. Daughters: Christine Link Chastain and husband Keith of High Point, Debbie Anne Musgrave and husband Ben of Lexington, Shirley Renee Link of Lexington, Nancy Jean Lemay and husband John of Greensboro; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family. She is also survived by a sister Pierette Simone of Quebec, Canada. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, Hinkle Hospice House, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
