Lorene Prevette Llenza

Lorene Prevette Llenza, 87,  of Sink Inn Road, passed away Sunday March 24, 2019 at her home.  Funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Sandy Young officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowview Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 3-4 PM prior to the service at the Funeral Home.  Lorene was born in Davidson County on December 16, 1931 to the late Simon William and Edna Belle Leonard Prevette. She was the last charter member of Meadowview Reformed Presbyterian Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis John Llenza, son, Robert Rosario and sister, Doris Mozelle Prevette Koonts. She was a retired inspector with Burlington Furniture. Lorene was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed her family and friends.  Everyone was welcomed at her home and was a devout Christian who loved God. Surviving are son, Vincent Llenza (Cheryl) of Lexington, daughter, Valerie Brogdon of Lexington, brother, William Leonard Prevette (Kaye) of Tyro, brother in law, Troy Koonts, grandchildren, Anna Brogdon, Abby Brogdon, Claudia Llenza, Sam Carter and Brandi Marker.
