Kristine Kay Richardson Collins, 40, a resident of Gate West Drive, Lexington, died Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at her residence. Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 8, 2008 at 2:00 PM in the Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Krissy was born in Denver, Colorado on June 27, 1967 to Coy Dale Richardson and Cynthia Nordlei Richardson. She was a former teacher’s assistant with Charles England Intermediate School. Surviving are two sons, Derek Cline and Jeremy Collins both of Lexington, a daughter, Rebecca Cline of Lexington: her father, Coy Dale Richardson of Charleston, WVA: and her mother, Cynthia Nordlei Richardson of Summersville, WVA. Also surviving are a brother, Coy Richardson of Charleston, WVA; two sisters, Shawna Wingo of Gray, TN; and Stacy Nabors of Charleston, WVA; her fiancé, Wylie Flippin of the home; a step daughter, Amanda Flippin of Lexington; aunts, Beverly Hash and her husband, William, and their son, Mason all of Thomasville; Vickie Richardson and Julie Richardson both of Bluefield, WVA; her uncle, Ralph Richardson and his wife, Melva of Ocala, Florida; Paternal grandfather, Walter Richardson of Bluefield, WVA; and a special friend, Jarvis Collins of Lexington. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 until 8 PM at Piedmont Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
