K.Marie Bundick Phillips

K.Marie Bundick Phillips, 80, of Island View Drive died Monday, December 22, 2014 at Hinkle Hospice House. A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM Friday, December 26, 2014 at Lakeview Memorial Park , Greensboro, NC. By the Rev. Jeff Mabe. Mrs. Phillips was born May 31, 1934 in the District of Columbia to Preston Bozeman and Lucille Bell Bundick. She was a retired executive secretary for Mid State Oil Company and a member of Victory Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Oscar Dallie Phillips, daughter Tami Blake, and sister Gloria Holden. K.Marie is survived by sons Norman Leroy Gustafson (Judy) and Ronald Frank Gustafson (Chris) all of Lexington and Kenneth Phillips of Raleigh; daughters Linda Gantt (Kelvin) of Lexington, Vicki Lee Overstreet (James Ricky) of Wallburg, Teresa Royals (William) of Kernersville, and Debbie Phillips of Greensboro. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren including Donald Guftafson of the home, and 23 great-grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thanks to the High Point Cancer Center for their care of K.Marie.
