Katherine Hazel Frizzell

HEADING: Katherine Frizzell Katherine Hazel Sargent Frizzell, 65, of Garland Drive, Lexington, died at her residence. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A. M. Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Hepler officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Frizzell was born March 17, 1946, in Davidson County NC, to the late Charlie Sargent and Kathleen Edge Sargent. Also preceding her in death were her husband Vearl Frizzell who died March 15, 2011, and two sisters, Barbara Bowles and Loneda Church. Survivers include sons, Vearl Hampton Frizzell, Jr and Kelly Frizzell both of Lexington; daughter, Lena Hayes of Lexington; brother, Charles M. Sargent and wife Sandra of Lexington; sisters, Eunice Kearns and Martha Raye Tysinger and husband Albert all of Lexington, and Dorothy McKinney of Waterloo, S.C.; Grandchildren, Christopher Johnson, Vearl Ray Johnson, Megan Johnson, Ariana Frizzell, Alyssia LaFlesh, Jacob LaFlesh, and Dewayne Frizzell; Great Grand-children Isaac Daniels and Alannah Walser; and many nieces and nephews. The family will see friends from 6 to 8, Friday, July 22, 2011 at Piedmont Funeral Home., and other times at the home. Piedmont Funeral Home is serving the family.
