Justina Temple

Justina Teague Temple, 78, of Clell Drive died Wednesday February 13, 2013. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday at Beulah United Church of Christ, where she was a member with the Rev. Michael Hooper officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. prior to the service in the church fellowship hall. Mrs. Temple was born on September 2, 1934 in Watauga County to the late John Issac and Mary Walser Teague. She was a homemaker. Preceding her in death was her husband Charlie H. Temple on February 29, 2012; sisters Dorothy Koontz, Edna Hollars, and Velma Cagle; and brothers Eubert Teague, Norman Teague, and Allison Teague. Surviving are two daughters, Vicki Parker and husband Joe of Lexington, and Pamela Clark of Concord; one son, Jerry Temple of Lexington; 3 grandchildren, Christie Hinkle, Amanda (Mandy) Kepley and husband Shane, and Charles (Junior) Leonard; 4 great-grandchildren, Samantha Hinson, Paris Hinson, Katie Kepley, and Jesse Kepley; and one sister, Beatrice Pankey and husband Raymond of Lexington.
