Julie was born on August 5th, 1964 in Davidson County to Billy Joe Sowers and Pat Triplett Coppley. She was predeceased by her father Billy. Julie attended Currytown Baptist Church. Surviving family members include her son Matthew Barroso, her mother Pat Triplett Coppley, and one brother.
