Judith Ardell Milam

Judith Ardell Worley Milam, 76, of Swing Dairy Road, went home to be with her Lord Monday February 6, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Her going home service will be held at 2:30 PM Thursday February 9, 2017 at Rolling Heights Faith Baptist Church, with the Rev. Wayne Sechrest and the Rev. David Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Judith was born in Todd, NC on November 11, 1940 to the late Solomon David Worley and Emma Mae Kimberlin Worley. She was a retired CNA and worked many years in the private health care field. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack W. Milam and son, Jerry Wayne Milam, grandson, Jeremy Milam and great granddaughter, Alexis Faith Barker. Surviving are sons, Steve Milam and Ronnie Milam of Lexington; daughters, Sandy Barker (Barrett) of Winston Salem, Robyn Milam (Donnie Burton) and Vanessa Mitchell (Marshall) of Lexington; brothers, Archie Kimberlin of Virginia and Wayne Worley (Bonnie) of South Carolina, sisters, Valerie Hedrick (Billy), Sophronia Tetter and Libby Johnson (Teddy) of Lexington, Bobbie Winebarger of Boone, 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
