Jose Luis Cano Barrancos

Jose Luis Cano Barrancos, 61, of Lexington went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Templo Emanuel with Pastor Daniel Gutierrez Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow in the Lexington City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 8 pm on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Templo Emanuel.

Mr. Cano was born in Misantla, Veracruz Mexico on June 21, 1959 to Marcos Cano Hernandez and Rosa Barrancos Landeros. He was an assembler, having worked for Images of America in Thomasville and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Irma Hernandez; his three sons, Jose Leonel Cano, Jose Luis Cano, and Andres Guillermo Cano; his two daughters, Veronica Cano and Alondra Cano; four brothers, Joel Cano (Francisca Ramirez), Benito Cano (Belen Granados), Francisco Cano (Maria Guadalupe Diego), and Marcus Cano; one sister, Rosa Cano; three grandchildren, Eduardo Luis Cano, Joel Cano, and Luna Beatriz Cano; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Iglesia Cristiana Nueva Esperanza at 2875 W. Center Street Ext., Lexington, NC 27295.

José Luis Cano Barrancos, de 61 años, de Lexington, fue a estar con su Señor y Salvador el jueves 18 de marzo de 2021 en Forsyth Medical Center.

Se llevará a cabo un funeral a las 11 am el sábado 27 de marzo de 2021 en el Templo Emanuel con el pastor Daniel Gutiérrez Rodríguez oficiando. Seguirá el entierro en el cementerio de la ciudad de Lexington.

La familia recibirá a los amigos desde las 5 pm hasta las 8 pm el viernes 26 de marzo de 2021 en el Templo Emanuel.

El Sr. Cano nació en Misantla, Veracruz México el 21 de junio de 1959 de Marcos Cano Hernandez y Rosa Barrancos Landeros. Él era un ensamblador, había trabajado para Images of America en Thomasville y era un esposo, padre y abuelo amoroso cuyo recuerdo será apreciado para siempre. Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres.
