Johnny Melvin Williams

Johnny Melvin Williams, 65 of West 3rd Ave, Lexington, died Sunday, October 31, 2010 at his residence after declining health. A Memorial Service will be Sunday, at 2:00 P.M., November 7, 2010 at Coggins Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Lewis Johns officiating. Johnny was born July 20, 1945 in Davidson County to the late Columbus Williams and Nell Catherine Everhart Williams. He had worked as a Curb Server at Lexington Bar-B-Que for 36 years and was well liked by everyone. He is survived by one brother Ted Williams of Lexington, and one sister Sallie Byrd of Lexington. The family will receive friends after the Memorial Service at the Church.
