John Mills

John Paul Mills, 88, of Lexington, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2026. He was born on December 25, 1937 to the late Catherine (Smith) Mills and Father Ethelbert Mills Jr.

He was preceded in death by his beloved two Wives Laura June (Forbes) Mills and Dale (Hemmingway) Mills

He was deeply proud of his family, who were the center of his world. He is survived by his Daughters Janet Keaton and Husband Willie, Joyce Tilton and Husband Thomas and Joan Bruce and Husband Richard, his Brother Robert Mills, Sister Linda McKeeman and Granddaughter Megan Isenhour (Joshua)

John’s legacy lives on in the countless ways he touched the lives of those around him. His enduring strength, wisdom, and generosity of spirit will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

A graveside service will take place at Arlington Cemetery in Drexler Hill, PA at a later date.
