John Lewis Ferguson, Jr.

John Lewis Ferguson, Jr.,77, of Tyro Road, passed away Tuesday August 25, 2020 at his home. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the home. John was born on March 27, 1943 in Dunlow, West Virginia to the late John Lewis Ferguson, Sr. and Norina Ferguson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Jane Hysmith Ferguson, brothers, Harvey Ferguson and Clifton Ferguson. Surviving are son, John Lewis Ferguson, III, of Kernersville, daughter, Brenda Holcomb (Randall) of Lexington, brothers, Woodrow Ferguson and Halcey Ferguson of Linwood, Willard Ferguson of Kentucky, sisters, Ninnie Bradley and Geneva Bonens of Dunlow, WV., Bertha Mae Sturgell of Ft. Gay, WV., grandchildren, Chad Fulghum, Whitney Ferguson, John Lewis “JJ” Ferguson, IV, great-grandchildren, Grayson Ferguson, Isaih Ferguson, Adalyn Ferguson, John Wade Fulghum, Izabel Perez and Harper Fulghum.
