Jerry Patrick Shoaf

Jerry Patrick Shoaf, 56, a resident of Fairview Drive, died Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at 6:30 AM at his residence, after several years of declining health. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, August 31, 2006 from the Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. James Byrd officiating. Interment will follow in Lexington City Cemetery. Mr. Shoaf was born March 7, 1950 in Davidson County to the late Ervin Snyder Shoaf and Jane Butler Shoaf. He was a self-employed Painter. He is survived by his wife, Linda Tester Shoaf of the home, 1 daughter, Patty Shoaf of Durham, 1 son, Larry Shoaf and his wife, Brandy of Lexington, 3 grandchildren, Rachael Shoaf, Anne Shoaf, and Zara Shoaf. The family will receive friends Thursday one hour prior to the service at Piedmont Funeral Home, and other times will be at the residence.
