Jeffrey Scott Saunders

Jeffrey Scott Saunders, 46, of Burkhart Road, passed away Friday August 24, 2018 at his home.  A memorial service will be held  1:00 PM  Wednesday August 29, 2018 at First Reformed United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Elizabeth Parker Horton and the Rev. Aaron Long officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church parlor.  Jeffrey was born in Anderson, South Carolina on February 9, 1972 to Amy Bouchard Hedrick and James E. Saunders, Jr. He was a member of Central United Baptist Church in Logan, West Virginia. He was a sound Programmer at his church and was also a heavy equipment driver in the coal mines. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debora Branham Saunders.  Surviving are his mother, Amy Bouchard Hedrick  (Tony) of the home, father, James E. Saunders, Jr. (Patti) of Lexington, brother, Adam B. Saunders (Erin) of Lumberton, sister, Jamie Ennis (Jimmy) of Huntersville, grandsons, Chad Scott Branham, Thomas Michael Branham and CJ Branham, nephews, Connor, Luke and Reagan Ennis, Maddox Saunders, niece, Adalyn Saunders and special friend, Lillie Osborne Taha.  Memorials may be made to, Epilepsy of Davidson County, 346 Raymond Clodfelter Rd., Lexington, NC 27292.
