Howard Sink

J. Howard Sink, age 84 , a resident of N. Highway 150, Lexington, died June 18, 2009 at Lexington Memorial Hospital after a serious illness of 3 weeks. The funeral will be held on June 20, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 20 from Reeds Baptist Church , where he was a member, with the Rev. Dave Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Reeds Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Sink was born June 20, 1924 in Davidson County to the late Jesse Carl Sink and Annie Snyder Sink. He was a life long farmer. His wife Mary Elizabeth (Beth) Henderson Sink died August 13, 2007, after a marriage of 52 years. One brother J. Paul Sink also preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Glenn H. Sink of the home and his girl friend Robin Senter of Lexington; one daughter LuAnn Craver and husband Ricky of Lexington; two Grandchildren, Kevin and Kyle Craver. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Friday, June 19, 2009., at Piedmont Funeral Home and other times at the home of the daughter, LuAnn Craver, N.
