Henry Ferrell Koonts, 84, of Lexington died Friday, February 16, 2024 at his home. Services will be private. Mr. Koonts was born April 2, 1939 in Davidson County to the late Buford and Mittie Lee Biesecker Koonts. He was predeceased by a daughter Amanda Koonts Bailey and 6 brothers. He was a self-employed contractor and a veteran of the US Army. Surviving is his wife Carolyn Fortner Koonts of the home, son, Evin Ferrell Koonts (Nancy) of Lexington, SC; daughter, Amy Koonts Beck (Mike) of Lexington, grandchildren Casey, Carly, Cole, Tyler, and Maggie, and great-grandchildren Addison, Riley, and John.
