Henry Clayton Hoffman, 75, a resident of Foy Avenue, Lexington, died Sunday, February 3, 2008, at 8:40 AM in Lexington Memorial Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 6, 2008 at 11:00 AM, in Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Pat Eller officiating. Interment will follow in Original Church of God Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 until 8 PM at Piedmont Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
