J Guadalupe Espinosa Cervantes, 47, of Wallburg passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held at 7 pm on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Piedmont Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Sherrill officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 pm until 7 pm prior to the service.

Mr. Cervantes was born in Tarandacuao, Mexico on June 12, 1974 to Ricardo Cervantes and Maria del Carmen Espinosa. He was a driver for Thomas Built Buses and was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 27 years, Brandy Ann Cervantes of the home; two sons, Guadalupe Cervantes (Rebecca), and Matthew Cervantes (Kirsten); five daughters, Najawa Ahmed, Crystal Lockhart, Maria Cervantes (Johnathan Molina), Jaylen Hoffman, and Samina Alaniz; a brother, Ricardo Cervantes (Amelia); two sisters, Patricia Cervantes Espinosa (Juan), and Estela Gomez Andres (Luis), three grandchildren, Isacc Francera, Adrian “Mijo” Cervantes, Addison “Addy” Cervantes; one grandchild on the way; and numerous other extended family members and close friends who loved him dearly.

Se llevará a cabo un funeral a las 7 pm el domingo 26 de septiembre de 2021 en Piedmont Funeral Home

Maria Cervantes (Johnathan Molina), Jaylen Hoffman y Samina Alaniz; un hermano, Ricardo Cervantes (Amelia); 
dos hermanas, Patricia Cervantes Espinosa (Juan) y Estela Gomez Andres (Luis), tres nietos, Isacc Francera, 
Adrian “Mijo” Cervantes, Addison “Addy” Cervantes; un nieto en camino; y muchos otros miembros de la familia
