Goble Ronald Johnson, 78, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2026, in Forsyth County.

Born on June 26, 1947, in Hancock County, Tennessee, Goble was the son of the late Walter Johnson and Tessie Collins Johnson. He lived a life defined by hard work, passion, and a deep appreciation for the things he loved most.

Goble was a self-employed mechanic who took great pride in his craft. These passions reflected his unique personality and brought him great happiness throughout his life.

Above all, Goble cherished his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra Hedrick Johnson; his sons, Ronald Shea Johnson (Corrine) and Christopher Shawn Johnson (Brittany); and his daughter, Sheree Johnson Lanier. He is also survived by his brothers, Jerrell Truman Johnson, Loal Johnson, and Donnie Johnson (Audrey); his sister, Doris Vanover (Lee); and his treasured grandchildren: Christian Alexander Lanier, Kristen Grace Lanier, Andrew Tyler Lanier, Harleigh Jane Johnson, Katie Ann Johnson, Jeremiah Bradley Johnson, Isaiah Scott Mahala, Elijah Daniel Mullins, and Lexi Nevaeh Kimbrell.
