Eunice Leigh Kearns

Eunice Leigh Kearns, 63, of Jackson Ave. died Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Hinkle Hospice House. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday July 30,2012 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Hepler officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Eunice was born August 23, 1948 in Davidson County to Charlie and Kathleen Edge Sargent. She was formerly employed by Stanley Furniture. She was a charter member of Leonard Road Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, in addition to sisters Barbara Bowles and Katherine Frizzel. She is survived by a son, Ernest Kearns and companion Tonya of the home; brother Charles Sargent of Lexington, and sister, Martha Raye Tysinger of Lexington.
