HEADING: Estelle Rary Gobble Estelle Rary Gobble 82 of Kimberly Lane died Tuesday November 15, 2011 at her home. Funeral services will held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday November 19, 2011 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Frankie Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 P.M. Friday at Piedmont Funeral Home. Estelle was born July 19, 1929 in Rowan County to the late Luther and Bertha Ballard Rary. She was preceded in death by her husband Connie Edward Gobble, son; Jerry Gobble and brother; George Rary and wife Jean. She was a member of Sheets Memorial Baptist Church and was retired from the VA Medical Center in Salisbury. Surviving are daughters; Wanda Hairgrove and husband Richard of Lexington and Terri Hill and partner Cindy Hicks of Winston-Salem, grandchildren; Lara Miller of Lafayette, Colorado and Ryan Hairgrove of Lexington, great grandchildren; Anna, Sara, Joey, Miranda and Timothy. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sheets Memorial Baptist Church 210 Cotton Grove Rd. Lexington, NC 27292.
