Mr. Ervin Walter “Cowboy” Allen, Jr., 86, of the Churchland community died Monday, May 16, 2022 at Atrium Health-Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center-Lexington. A memorial graveside service will be held Tuesday May 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Memorials May be made to, Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
