Ella Iler Musgrave

Miss Ella Iler Musgrave, 84, formerly of Linwood-Southmont Road, died Tuesday, June 12 at the Hinkle Hospice House following a brief illness. A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, by Tom Nussbaum and Harlen Hamilton. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Miss Musgrave was born February 22, 1928 in Davidson County to Carl Samuel and Iler Beck Musgrave. She retired from Young-Hinkle, Corp. and attended Southmont High School. She was a member of the non-denominational Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Roby Musgrave, Beacom Musgrave and Earlie Musgrave; and her sisters, Ethel Wrenn and Evelyn Stephens. She is survived by her nieces Rebecca Gantt and husband Carrol, Nancy Wheelock and husband Jerry, Carole Jean Sorrell and husband Guy, Patricia Call and husband Craig, Judy Yarbrough and husband Larry, and Susan Musgrave Young and husband Randy; nephews, Steve Musgrave, Roger Musgrave and wife Judy, Ronald Wrenn and wife Donna, Bruce Wrenn, Larry Musgrave and wife Patti, and Sam Musgrave, in addition to many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
