Dorothy Elizabeth Stegall, 82 of Lutheran Homes @ Trinity Oaks of Salisbury, formerly of Elden Drive, Lexington, died December 25, 2010 in Salisbury. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, December 30, 2010 at Rowan Memorial Park, Salisbury with the Rev. Mike Motley officiating. Mrs. Stegall was born August 2, 1928 in Cabarrus County to the late George Goodman and Mitty MacCombs Goodman. She was also preceded in death by her husband Ray Van Stegall; two brothers Hinky Ray Goodman, and Clarence Goodman; and one sister, Lola Karriker. Survivors include two daughters Joyce S. Nance of Salisbury and Judy S. Leonard of Lexington; one brother John Goodman of Salisbury; one sister Mary Simmons of Kannapolis; 4 grndchildren, Julie Garrison, Jennifer Wingler, Jannine Varney and Trudy York; 11 Great-Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. There will be no visitation. .
