Debra Grubb Mecimore

Debra Sue Grubb Mecimore, 49, a resident of Sink Farm Road, died Saturday, August 2 at the Hospice Home of High Point after a battle with cancer. Funeral services will be conducted 4:00 PM Tuesday, August 5, 2008at Psalm 91 Church, with Rev. Max Shoaf officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Debra was born in Davidson County on October 31, 1958, to Ford Hedrick Grubb and Betty Lou Andrews Grubb. She was a former employee of Ellison Windows and Doors in Welcome and was a member of Psalm 91 Church. Debra is survived by her husband Russell Garland Mecimore of the home, a son, Travis Mecimore of the home, a daughter, Kimberly Mecimore of the home, brothers, Donald Grubb and his wife Sharon, and Darrell Grubb all of Burlington, Jeffrey Grubb and his wife, Ivey and Tony Grubb all of Lexington. Also surviving are her mother and father in law, Linda and Garland Mecimore. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM Tuesday at the Church and other times at the home.
