David Larry Moser

David Larry “Butch” Moser,78, of Hill Everhart Road, passed away Friday at Hinkle Hospice House. A memorial service will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Clearview Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. David was born in Davidson County on May 22, 1945 to the late John Troy Moser and Lucille Freeman Moser. He was formerly employed with Lexington Furniture until its closing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gayla Moser, daughter, Lucy Moser Mendoza and granddaughter, Mackenzie Mendoza, sister, Rhonda McCormick. He was a US Navy Veteran. His biggest thrill in life was he loved to travel. If a ride was ready, he was ready to go. Surviving are brothers, Roger Moser, Michael Moser (Margaret), Dennis Moser and friend Saba, sister, Marilyn Cowan (Greg). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Clearview Baptist Church, 120 Clearview Street, Lexington, NC 27292.
